Under the direction of Executive Chef Stanley Suchy, and with a menu created by renowned French Chef, Éric Cuenin, Azur’s cuisine celebrates freshness, fire, and the vibrant flavors of Provence.
Rooted in wood-fire cooking and the spirit of Cuisine du Soleil, the menu highlights seasonal ingredients and dishes designed for sharing. Guests can expect coastal seafood, vibrant vegetables, and Mediterranean simplicity, complemented by a curated selection of French wines, champagnes, and craft cocktails inspired by the elegance of Saint-Tropez, Monaco, and Saint-Barth.

A French Family Vision
Azur is a true family-driven project, brought to life by Erik and Florence Chol, who have been part of the hospitality and entertainment scene for decades.
Florence & Erik brought back to life a 117-year-old historic Theatre on Broadway: THE GLOBE THEATRE.
Over the years, The Globe Theatre became one of the most successful multi-event spaces in California, and welcomed projects from top celebrities such as Madonna, Jeff Bezos, Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez, Mike Tyson,… just to name a few.
In July 2022, the Chols opened LouLou in Santa Monica, which is now considered as one of the trendiest restaurants in LA.
Built as a French family business, the project reflects a philosophy rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and community. Working closely with local artisans and collaborators, the team has created a place where hospitality, design, cuisine, and music come together naturally to experience “la joie de vivre.”
