Charlotte, NC (RestaurantNews.com) Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is warming up the colder months with bold and unexpected flavor combinations inspired by Bobby Flay’s travels to Italy. The brand’s new Little Italy Burger is available at all Bobby’s Burgers locations now through Feb. 28, featuring limited-time items crafted to bring a taste of Italy to guests across the country. In addition, the classic and familiar taste of Rocky Road comes to life in a spoon-bending, custard milkshake that is sure to please any sweet tooth.
“Every time I travel through Italy, I’m reminded how powerful thoughtful cooking can be,” said Chef Bobby Flay. “With this lineup, I wanted to bring some of those influences forward with ingredients and flavors that speak for themselves. It’s food that feels connected to the places and moments that inspired it.”
The limited-time items include:
Little Italy Burger – Certified Angus Beef
patty grilled medium or well done with mozzarella, spicy tomato sauce, parmesan and arugula. Available with grilled chicken upon request
Rocky Road Milkshake – A chocolate shake blended with almonds, marshmallows and topped with a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.
