Manufactured using CNG's next-generation MDO platform, the new GreenArrow™ matte MDO-PE print film integrates a premium matte aesthetic directly into the material, eliminating the need for secondary coatings or overprint varnishes. The result is a cost-effective solution that simplifies operations, ensures consistent machineability, and enables faster turnaround for converters and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

CNG currently operates multiple MDO-PE lines across its Milton, Wisconsin, and Lexington, Ohio, sites, giving the company the broadest capability set in North America to meet growing demand for GreenArrow™ recycle-ready solutions. In this process, the film is stretched in the machine direction to enhance strength, stiffness, and heat resistance while reducing material usage.
