Family-owned deli chain rolls out pickle-forward dishes and a caprese-inspired sandwich while spotlighting educators
Beaumont, TX (RestaurantNews.com) Jason’s Deli, the fast-casual concept known for its commitment to consistent quality and wholesome ingredients, is continuing its 50th anniversary celebration with a season centered on fresh flavors and giving back to the communities it has served for five decades.
Beginning April 1, the spring lineup features a mix of bright, herbaceous and tangy standouts. Guests can also enjoy the Dill-icious Meal Deal – which features a half portion of the Dill Pickle Club Wrap, the Dill Pickle Pasta Salad, chips and a limited-edition collectible cup, available while supplies last:
Caprese and Chicken Caprese: Grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, organic spinach, tomato and pesto aioli on herb focaccia. Served with chips. Available through Sept. 30.

Dill Pickle Club Wrap: Grilled chicken, dill pickle chips, creamy dill spread, bacon strips, cheddar and ranch in a wheat wrap. Available through June 30.

Dill Pickle Pasta Salad: Rotini pasta tossed with dill pickles, bacon bits and cheddar in a sour cream and house-made ranch dressing. Available through June 30.

For schools and groups planning ahead, Jason’s Deli is offering Teacher Appreciation Week catering packages designed for easy group gatherings. Guests can choose from individual sandwich boxes or a community-style pasta party, available starting at $6.59 per person. Breakfast options include assorted warm breakfast sandwiches – bacon, egg and cheese; sausage, egg and cheese; ham, egg and cheese; and egg and cheese – priced at $40 and serving 12.
Additionally, the brand is recognizing the people who keep workplaces running through an Administrative Professionals Day Giveaway.
