The program annually recognizes plants, located in North America, that are on the leading edge of efforts to increase competitiveness, enhance customer satisfaction and create stimulating and rewarding work environments for their employees.

The El Jarudo honor marks the second time a Cooper Standard facility has earned an IndustryWeek Best Plants Award. In 2023, the Company's Aguascalientes, Mexico, facility received the recognition for its operational excellence, customer service and employee engagement.
