Before concentrating her practice on disability law, Nagele held senior roles in government affairs and policy advocacy, including serving as Director of Government Affairs for a large professional association and working in legislative and regulatory positions at both the state and federal levels. Her background includes experience with the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana, the Indiana Attorney General's Office, and the Executive Office of the President at the White House. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on how law, policy, and administrative systems impact real people.
